An end-to-end examination of DITA in use as the source for a recent and ongoing IBM project, published to the external Web as Eclipse-based information centers and PDF books, plus software-integrated GUI help.

Besides general publishing experiences, this presentation aims to introduce a range of items like architecting for DITA benefits, using XSLT for output specialization and to automate DITA source creation, considerations for globalization, and DITA customization and specialization.
